WIT boasts a high school graduation rate of 83%. This is for our most disadvantaged students who are at risk of totally disengaging from the academic system.

School Credits Earned

88% of our students earned missing credits toward on-time graduation. This includes 32 credits retrieved!


The Whatever It Takes (WIT) program offers personalized mentoring and support to students at risk of disengagement, credit deficiencies, or delayed graduation.

Advisors work one-on-one with students to create tailored plans for academic and vocational success, providing academic monitoring, behavioral support, home visits, scholarships, career events, college tours, internships, and leadership opportunities. Annually, WIT assists students, helping them stay on track for graduation.

  • 30 Industry Certifications were completed and obtained by youth through WIT Resources to advance their future

Staff Spotlight: Lili Vargas

Community Resource Specialist, Lili Iracema Vargas, was honored with the Toni Drew Service Award from the Josephine County Food Bank! Lili has transformed how we serve our community. Offering just under 400 food boxes a month to our families, among many other critical services.
