Project Youth+ 23–24 Impact Report

As we reflect on over 26 years of service to Southern Oregon, we are filled with gratitude and excitement about our journey and the future ahead. Our mission remains steadfast: to provide comprehensive support for both college and career pathways.

Today, our organization operates as a five-program entity, all geared toward empowering youth ages 11 to 24 across Southern Oregon, including Douglas, Josephine, and Jackson Counties. Our pillar program continues to open doors for first-generation college students, and we’ve expanded to four other programs that address the many facets of youth development, not just academics, but the life skills essential for success.

None of our achievements would be possible without the incredible support of our community partners. At Project Youth+, we believe collaboration is the cornerstone of lasting change, the perfect combination happens when nonprofits, public agencies, and community stakeholders come together with a shared vision. From local schools and community centers to businesses and government entities, your commitment enhances our effectiveness and enriches the lives of the young people we serve.
